The Cathedral Canyon Review was founded to showcase and amplify the voices of LGBT writers, poets, photographers, and artists who center themselves in the American Southwest. We welcome contributions that are, simply put, your best work. We want our contributor's work to tell us who they are and what they believe.
Cathedral Canyon straddles the boundaries of Palm Springs and Cathedral City, the home of our Founding Editor but also the ancestral home of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, who remain owners and caretakers of this sacred land as they have been for millennia. We recognize Indigenous individuals and communities who live here now, and those who were forcibly removed from their homelands. In offering this land acknowledgment, we affirm Indigenous sovereignty, history, and experiences.
